Job Snapshot

Job Description

The EchoPark Porter is responsible for the timely, safe and secure placement of vehicles throughout the facility.  In addition to moving vehicles to and from the service lane, service department, reconditioning center and inventory area, the photo booth porter is also responsible for operating the cameras and uploading photos to the EchoPark website.  Porters are also required to work closely with other departments’ schedules and guest demands.
The Photo Booth Porter ensures that vehicles are carefully and elegantly photographed and added to the website template in a timely manner.  Porters must always be safety conscious as they make many vehicle trips in an environment that encourages guests to roam freely without supervision.  Because of this, Porters will frequently interact with guests and may be the only EchoPark associate a guest speaks with during their visit.  The EchoPark shopping experience lets the guest lead the process – whether it begins with viewing inventory, having their car appraised or being reunited with their car following a service appointment, the Porter must be agile and attentive to support this guest-directed process.
