Selecting healthcare coverage is often an Associate's most critical decision during enrollment. We offer an HSA (Health Savings Account) along with a comprehensive medical plan, including employer contributions to the HSA to assist in meeting deductible dollars. The medical plan provides in-network and out-of-network benefits and is administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Blue Cross Blue Shield provides access to a broad network of providers throughout the United States.
We provide basic life and AD&D insurance to each Associate, up to $50,000 based on your annual earnings, at no cost to you. Supplemental coverage may be purchased on yourself and your dependents through payroll deductions.
The EAP is a professional counseling and referral service designed to help you with your personal, family and/or job issues. It's free, voluntary and strictly confidential. The program is available to Associates and their immediate family members. Domestic partners and life partners residing with the Associate are also eligible.

Through its national network of more than 9,000 attorneys, the plan offers legal representation for you, your spouse and covered dependents. The plan includes a broad range of legal services.
