Position: Sales Coach
Reports to: Head of Sales

An EchoPark Automotive Sales Coach will –
  • Motivate, counsel and monitor team performance
  • Lead by example to provide sales and operational leadership
  • Drive the execution of weekly key performance metrics and quarterly initiatives.
  • Teach sales guides how to execute their performance plans
  • Hold sales guides accountable for delivering their performance metrics
  • Manage the energy of the team by driving sales production through daily check-ins and continuous engagement.
  • Ensure sales department is properly staffed and executing on its daily rhythms
  • Serve as a source of communication for other departments such as purchasing and marketing.
  • Support and own special projects that may need to be implemented in sales
  • Provide an outstanding culture of communication
  • Use your seniority and influence to remove roadblocks for your team
  • Resolve conflicts for guests and team, in a manner that builds the brand
  • Lead and drive continuous learning and development of the sales department.
  • Stay "in the moment" with your team and make sure you're exceeding their expectations as a leader   
  • Help your team learn and deploy our technology
  • Evaluate your teammates on process execution, brand-building behavior, and on characteristics that include attitude, consistency, energy, reliability and other drivers of employment excellence
  • Ensure people are involved and embracing the culture of the company.

  • Automotive Sales Experience is preferred

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Clean motor vehicle and criminal background records
